This site has no cookies, analytics or trackers. Apart from the contact form below, we don't collect information when you visit it. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Contact form
What we collect: your name, business name, email address, country, website (optional), your message, your consent, and the IP address the form was sent from. Purpose: only to reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for. Where it goes: the form is processed by our Cloudflare-hosted website and sent as an email to our mailbox (hello@situationreporting.com, hosted on Google Gmail). We don't store submissions on the website, and we don't sell or share them for marketing. Retention: we keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only when you reach the form. It checks that the form is sent by a person and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser signals. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy.
When you email us
If you email hello@situationreporting.com, we use your name, email and what you send only to reply and to provide the service you ask for. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Our briefs
SITREP uses public sources only, and handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Your rights
To ask for access to, or correction or deletion of, personal data we hold about you (including under the Singapore or Malaysia PDPA), or to withdraw consent, email hello@situationreporting.com.
